We are looking for an Accountant (AR) who will manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function, including customer billing and cash receipts.

In this role you will…
- Generate customer invoices and book cash receipts
- Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts
- Follow-up with clients for outstanding accounts receivable
- Be responsible for month-end closing processes
- Serve as a backup for the accounts payable function
- Assist with internal audit, external audit and financial statement preparation
Why you are the person we’re looking for…
You’ve demonstrated the ability to do the following, gained through education and/or experience:
- Conduct a company’s accounts receivable process efficiently and accurately
- Utilize MS Excel to a high degree of proficiency for analysis and reporting
- Work with financial systems (Netsuite preferred but not required)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Work well within a team
Fundserv will cover the costs of maintaining or obtaining your CPA designation.
