We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, and general HR administration. The HR Coordinator will also be the point of contact for employee inquiries, providing high quality service and support to all levels of the organization.

In this role, you will…
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, working closely with hiring managers and fostering a positive candidate experience
- Be responsible for employee setup tasks, conduct onboarding orientations, and maintain employee files
- Complete employee offboarding tasks and conduct exit interviews
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Utilize Dayforce across a range of HR functions
- Confirm that all HR related databases and systems are kept up to date and accurate
- Ensure all relevant information about HR programs is communicated to employees
- Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries and requests
- Lead and participate in special projects
Why you are the person we’re looking for…
You’ve demonstrated the ability to do the following, gained through education and/or experience:
- Execute administrative tasks across a wide range of HR functions with a high degree of accuracy
- Effectively utilize an HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce preferred) and Microsoft 365 applications, particularly MS Excel
- Manage time well and leverage strong organizational skills to successfully balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a small team
- Think critically and recommend process improvements
- Exercise sound judgment and professionalism while working with confidential information
The following is not required but will be a bonus:
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment using an Applicant Tracking System
