Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator

 Toronto, Ontario

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator who will work closely with internal stakeholders, and our external Salesforce developer partners to continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role will manage all aspects of platform administration including system configuration, end user support tickets, training, and designing solutions.

  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Manage Salesforce data, implementing rules and automation as needed to improve data
  • Test configurations, integrations and automations developed by external Salesforce contractors
  • Follow SDLC best practices, including design reviews, standardized deployment plans, and rollback plans
  • Manage and administer all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Implement and maintain integration with other applications that support Fundserv business processes
  • Effectively perform Salesforce Administration functions
  • Effectively utilize JavaScript, Apex, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), Lightning Component Framework to develop and configure in Salesforce
  • Use knowledge of API usage and integration techniques to integrate salesforce and other applications
  • Develop automation through Workflow rules and actions, Process and Flow Builder
  • Strong problem solving, judgment, and organizational skills

Fundserv will cover the costs of maintaining or obtaining your Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
