We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst who will work with business and technology stakeholders to capture and communicate requirements for enhancements to business processes and information systems.

In this role, you will…
- Elicit, analyze, validate and communicate business, functional and quality of service requirements for assigned projects
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level technical information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from actual underlying needs.
- Work with project sponsors and product owners to ensure requirements are aligned to business objectives.
- Support the agile delivery team to answer queries related to the requirements.
- Support the cost-benefit analysis and help stakeholders make informed tactical decisions.
- Participate in industry working groups or councils and lead discussions to define requirements for enhancements or changes to the Fundserv standards and helpfile.
- Serve as a thought leader to identify and suggest improvements and define best practices for Business Analysis activities.
- Co-ordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) on projects with end users.

You’ve demonstrated the ability to do the following, gained through education and/or experience:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and operational requirements.
- Facilitation and presentation skills to articulate business problems and lead discussions with a broad based group of stakeholders in a working group environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Successfully engaged in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Use multiple techniques both written and visual to communicate requirements effectively to the audience it’s presented to.
The following is not required but will be a bonus:
- Knowledge of Fundserv standards helpfile
- Mutual fund back-office experience Dealer or Manufacturer
- JIRA and Confluence
- Chatbot or AI LLM
Fundserv will cover the cost of maintaining your:
- CBAP or PMI-PBA designations
